As a reminder, the skills’ rank goes like this:
All skills start at the 16th class, then as they rank up, they go to 15th, then 14th, all the way to 1st class skill, they the next rank up is Grade 1, then Grade 2 and like that all the way until Grade 9, which is the highest rank of a skill before the Title rank.
