Chapter 2, Episode 25: A Happy Moment

　A large square in front of the Holy Tree.
　There were lots of people there.
　There were lots of people in beautiful dresses and suits, with all the food lined up in rows in the big square.
　There was so much food on the table that we couldn't possibly eat it all.
　Libelle will be delighted when she sees this. Libelle is hiding inside Farne-sama's robe.
　Cyril has also shrunk and is hiding inside my skirt.
　Lars-sama took care of the procedures so I was able to get into the venue, but Claire-sama was a little late because of the procedures.
　I'm waiting for Claire-sama to arrive, along with Farne-sama and Lars-sama.

　The orchestra played lively music, and people dressed like clowns were handing out drinks to the people who came to the square.

　This is the only place that looks like a festival parade.

　The festival was fun.

　First, the king gave a speech, and then a woman from the royal family gave another speech. The orchestra played beautiful music.
　When the king left, the clowns put on a show for us.

　When I said to Farne-sama, Claire-sama, and Lars-sama, “That's amazing, that's amazing,” they all nodded, and Libelle, who had popped her head out of Farne-sama's robe, also watched happily.
　Apparently, the seats we were sitting in were reserved for the priests, and they were in a very good location with a great view.
　But there’s a tent? It's covered up so people can't see it from the outside.
　Right now, clowns were performing a juggling act in the square.
　After this, there was a dance, and after everyone had danced, those who had a crush on someone would confess their feelings. The boys asked the girls to dance, and the girls gave sweets to the boys they liked.
　Everyone hid sweets in their dresses on this day. I also had Flora hide mine in my dress. A gift of sweets for Farne-sama.
When everyone starts giving out sweets, I'll give mine to Farne-sama! I wonder if he'll be happy.

　There are lots of scary people too.
　There are lots of kind people.

　I'm sure I'm happy.
　I was able to learn about the world outside.
　I can have fun with everyone.

　Farne-sama is Riese's precious angel.
　He's brought all of his happiness to me.
　I exist today because of Farne-sama.

　I love him. I love him. I love him.

　I hope he likes the cookies.
