Chapter 1 Episode 32: Studying

Many days have passed since Farne-sama woke up.
Since then, we've had lots and lots of fun.
I cooked dinner with Libelle and Farne-sama, played with Libelle and the spirits in the forest, and looked up at the stars at night and saw shooting stars together.
Libelle was very happy that she was able to eat a lot of delicious food since Farne-sama arrived, and Cyril seemed a little happy too, saying, "That's wonderful".
The spirits are playing with Farne-sama, who is also their favorite, saying " kyu-kyu-kyu" happily after Farne-sama woke up.
After we all had a lot of fun together during the day, I would study with Farne-sama in the evening.

Not all people are bad.
I think that's what Farne-sama wants to teach me.

I can't stop thinking about the time when Farne-sama was attacked.

But they weren't.
They were terrible people.
They tricked Farne-sama and stabbed him in the back.
They were just playing nice with the intention of killing Farne-sama from the beginning, right?
Farne-sama and Patricia, who tried to protect me, were killed.
People are only kind at first, and soon they become bad and try to kill you.

My aunt, cousin, and uncle who were abusing me were kind to me at first, but after my mom and dad died, they suddenly became cold and abusive.

Even if I have a different opinion.
Even if I'm not a good girl.
Farne-sama is the only one who is always the same and always kind.

People are scary because you cannot tell the difference between a good person and a bad person.
Even though they may seem like nice people, I'm sure they intend to abuse Riese.

Because even the adult Farne-sama is deceived by bad people.

Even Farne-sama, who is so smart, has difficulty distinguishing between good people and bad people, but I don't think I can distinguish between good people and bad people.

I love people in picture books, but I hate real people.
They are all people who are nice to you only at first, and then they do terrible things to you right away.

I wish life could go on like this forever, if possible.
I want to live quietly in a place without humans.
I am happy now that I can live happily every day with my favorite Farne-sama, Cyril, Libelle, and the tree spirits.
I think as I look at Farne-sama's face sleeping in the bed next to me.
